Goal
This project provides marketing agencies a tool to manage their social media campaigns easily. 

Benefits
- improve brand perception in the mind of the user.
- Increase ease of use and efficiency by using the tool.

PROCESS
1. Research
I started the project by interviewing the stakeholders (people who make decisions) of the organisation. Next, we interviewed current users. We learned what the most valued features could be and what our value proposition should be.




2. INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
User stories
Flow Chart
We made a flow map for each story. We systematized each of the cases and thus obtained the path to follow during the use of the software. In addition, by reviewing the client's software, it allowed us to have an overview of the software regarding its features.





Wireframes
I created dozens of paper prototypes because they are cheap to create and allow you to explore various options.​​​​​​​

Prototypes
Once I had the wireframes on paper, I built low resolution prototypes to see how the content would be presented.​​​​​​​




User testing
I tested the prototypes with the users. Improvements were detected to improve the user experience.



User testing
I tested the interfaces with the users. Usability errors were detected. However, the users of the software emphasised the great improvement over the previous version.





CONCLUSIONS

During the research phase there are very few certainties. We were lucky the CEO, got involved in the process and sharing the findings with him was very satisfying. 
Besides, the importance of the team is crucial. A cohesive and motivated team helps to achieve great results.
