Osservando l'attuale condizione dell'Italia, la social designer Veronica de Salvo ha immaginato un futuro distopico non lontano per il suo paese, spingendo all'estremo problemi già rilevanti nel contemporaneo. E' infatti più difficile immaginare il peggio che il meglio - e lei ha deciso di usare questo assunto in suo favore: immaginare una distopia è infatti il primo passo per elaborare un'utopia, un futuro migliore per l'Italia.
By observing the current Italian situation, social designer Veronica de Salvo has iamgined a not so far dystopian future for her own country, pushing very relevant current issues to the extremes. It is in fact easier to imagine how it could get worse rather than better, thus she decided to use this assumption to her advantage - to imagine a dystopia is in fact the first step to elaborate an utopia, a better future for Italy.
