A series finished in 2009, providing the material for my first solo exhibition in Lumen Gallery, Budapest, Hungary.

 

Observing my own perception of my environment, Contemplate can be taken as a study of a genre i developed since then. Very simple portraits and landscapes are meant to discover "importance" in "irrelevance", inspired by schools of philosophy such as buddhism, and the tao, where pure contemplation is the key for one to understand the world better.
