Create a new brand identity for a bespoke menswear store based on the themes of 
Innovation | British | Engineered
I presented three concepts for the brand at artworked stage;
Concept One: Forge (Carbon) the holding shape and logo represent the atom makeup of Carbon present in everything from charcoal to diamond. Gives the logo a scientific and manly edge but also has a beautiful silhouette.
Concept Two: Forge (cut out) is a masculine rich chunky brand that draws on the colours found in blacksmiths - warm oranges and cool steel blue/grey and black. The forge box is a brand optional for customers to subscribe to and would feature new sample products related to the store and customer. Such as alcohol samples, cufflinks and jewellery, protein sachets, fabric samples and money off vouchers.
Concept Three: Forge (Joinery) is based on the industry of forging and metalwork.
The shaping of the joined letters in the logo allow for bespoke pattern linings and labels.
This concept was favoured by the client.
