Challenge:
the business and communication objectives of Round Fitness Studio are: brand awareness, brand strategy, increasing memberships and reducing cancellation rate. Our client's target audience are women in the emirate of Sharjah in search of a women-only studio with classes. The studio offers specific strength training. Each class has a different objective.
Answer:
We created content with a strong aesthetic to give the brand a classy and luxury tone (social media templates, website refresh). The social team created a strong content strategy involving different pillars and different formats popular for the sport industry. We got the studio team involved in order to get it more relatable and transform the teachers into brand ambassadors. We produced photos and video content to be disseminate on tik tok and instagram. Our performance marketing campaign targeted women in the specific area and the ones searching for a gym.

By creating campaigns based on the audience need for educational & inspirational content that is visually appealing, the brand was able to grow the followers of the account to over 1,600 in under five months, with the studio only being open for business for one of those months.


A variety of campaigns were designed to live across digital and physical communication channels. This ensured that the online communication was present in the studio when potential customers visited, allowing for unification of the experience across all channels.






In the first month of the studio being open, there were already more than 60 regular customers and a consistent growth in class attendance week-on-week.
