In a town where there's a lot of development of home construction, The need of a recreation and shopping place is high. On response to those needs, Vía Espectacular is a proyect thinked to cover all necesities, such as commercial, but most importantly the social need for a recreational space where people can socialize, have fun, and take a walk.
