The apartment for a young couple is located on the top floor of a 5-storey building from the late 60`s.
Despite its area of 45 sq.m., the apartment is endowed with large windows, that illuminate it well and integrate it into the landscaping environment outside the window.
The main concept was to preserve and emphasize these features, as well as to maximize the living space.
We formed the main core in the form of combining the living room, kitchen and corridor into one open space and enlarged the window opening leading to the balcony. Allocated a good area for a bedroom with an existing workspace and a beautiful view of nature.
The sanitary area was compressed as much as possible to 4.2 sq.m. and is endowed with light openings in the form of glass blocks, which made it possible to integrate natural lighting not only into the bathroom, but also into the darkened corridor.
In general, we managed to create the most open, illuminated and comfortable apartment in a laconic design.
