MOTE is a complex cultural space located in Tongui-dong. MOTE is structured into four categories based on an art bookshop, including a cafe, exhibitions, and workshops. The first floor features an art bookshop and a cafe operating together, where you can explore various art books and independent publications covering topics such as painting, photography, architecture, design, and also discover MOTE's merchandise. Here, you can enjoy coffee, beverages, and desserts while spending time with a diverse selection of books curated monthly. The second floor serves as a space for exhibitions and workshops, regularly hosting various programs such as exhibitions, book talks, reading gatherings, and workshops. MOTE connects these different spaces with a consistent visual language, providing a space and experience where you can fully immerse yourself and ultimately, strive to be an open space for anyone to explore, contemplate, and draw inspiration from the world of art.
