Project task - Implement the most regonizeable landmarks of a city by your choise.
I chose Ruse because this is the city i have lived in for the past few years. Ruse is a place with rich history and a lot of cultural events. The spirit of the city is represented by the use of an analogus bright color scheme. Blue was almost obligatory as the famous Danube river is a borderline of the whole northen part of the country.
The Court House in Ruse was designed as the first such building in Bulgaria.
The Rousse TV Tower is a 204-metre-high TV tower built of reinforced concrete. The structure was constructed as a 206-metre-high TV tower with a cafe/restaurant on top and was the tallest one on the Balkan peninsula until 2001.
The Monument of Liberty was built at the beginning of the 20th century by the Italian sculptor Arnoldo Zocchi. As time went by, it gained significance as one of the city's symbols, and now forms a part of its coat of arms.
And last but not least is the Opera of Ruse witch is easy to remember with her red color.
