I had an opportunity to work with NRG to show their Rocket League decals in a short promotional video. To kick off with the Rocket League Championship Series (RLCS) 2021-22, Psyonix decided to introduce home and away decals for esport teams - In the video I took care of presenting NRG's home decals variant. As I was commisssioned to do the whole project by myself, I got into a role of a creative generalist. My job was to work on all aspects of 3D scenes, video editing, motion graphics and final sound design.

VFX Breakdown
I used a series of fast-paced white flashes as a way to transition between certain camera shots. A creative way to introduce motion graphics, visually stimulating a glimpse of light travelling through camera lenses.
I used Adobe After Effects to create the effect. It consists of basic white glowing shapes with animated position values. On top of that, I created an effect of shattered lens with an adjustment layer to help with more dynamic transition and visual appearance.
