With my help, Strategic Evolutions is bringing the Heavy Equipment Industry into the information age, with cutting-edge tools that make managing a Heavy Equipment Dealership a breeze.
I created a WordPress plugin that accesses the Vizybility Dealer Management System's API, and imports all of a Dealership's Equipment for sale or rent into their website in a flexible, customizable way.
The Dealer's Equipment Archive and Individual Machine Pages can be displayed and customized in a variety of ways - from theme integrations via custom WordPress templates or integrated page builders like Divi, to page builders like Elementor, Oxygen Builder, WPBakery, etc.
In collaboration with the DMS developers, I also created an API integration to allow Dealers to put forms on their websites and have those forms generate records in their custom DMS. It's similar to having a Salesforce add-on that creates Leads, but instead of Salesforce it's Vizybility DMS.
The last piece of the puzzle is the MAZO Capital Solutions' website, an example of what we can do for Dealerships needing financing options for their customers.
MAZO Capital Solutions provides financing options for the Construction Industry to purchase Heavy Equipment.
I built a system that relates Sales Staff Information, Dealer Information, and an Application for Financing to create a seamless integration with dealership sites. Dealers are given a link to the Application Form that's unique to them, which allows MAZO to display the Dealer's logo, and a promotional message if desired.
Behind the scenes, the system fills in hidden fields that tie everything together, linking the Account Owner (Sales Staff) and Dealer information to the Application. The information is then used to create a Salesforce Lead with custom fields for each Application.
The custom fields capture important information such as the Dealer's Salesforce ID, the Sales Staff's Salesforce ID, multiple email addresses, multiple owner/contact details, SSN, and other relevant data points. A signature field allows the customer to sign on the spot.
Dealers can then be credited for providing the lead, and incentivized through various means at the discretion of MAZO Capital Solutions.
In addition to creating Salesforce Leads, the system creates a filled-in PDF form with the customer's information and signature. The PDF and other form field data are emailed to the Sales Staff member who "owns" the Account.
