Dragons and Beast, a dim sum restaurant.
In China, dim sum is traditionally ate on the Chinese New Year. To embellish on this tradition, I inspired my restaurant off Chinese mythology about the beast called Nian; Nian would attack the villages on New Years day destroying all it encountered. This beast was terrified of bright colors, loud noises, and flashing lights, this caused the village to rally together and summon the great dragon to ward off this heinous monster. This legend is where my name and the imagery of Dragons and Beasts originated from.
