On December 20, an agreement was signed between the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region, the Administration of Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund on cooperation in the creation and development of creative clusters. The document gives a legal start to the implementation of the project for the development of a Network creative cluster and allows you to synchronize the work of the regional and municipal levels of government, as well as the operators of the project.
Located at the modern address of Weiner, 16 (before the revolution — Uspenskaya Street), the two-storey house was built in 1886. The stone apartment house on Uspenskaya Street belonged to merchants Dmitriev, Mikhail and Vasily Ivanovich. In 1906, the house was rebuilt according to the project of civil engineer K. A. Polkov, today it is a striking example of a large commercial building in Yekaterinburg of the late XIX-early XX century, built in the "brick style".
