If you happen to be in Stanwood, MI which is just south of Big Rapids vist the Lepley family and their farm. Where they raise Scottish Highland cattle in a free range and humane environment... which is not only cute but terribly delicious. I was fortunate to spend some time with them while working on a story for Midwest Living.
