Conversational Thoughts:

If you get rid of the filler words. You get: 

"more guesses need-make,

 more regrets have-have,

 less guesses need-make,

 less regrets get-have" 

And something that sounds like as in "Cloud Atlas" when 'the future' changed the language. 

And possible logical proof that guesses are opposites to regrets if time were reversibly symmetrical.

Upon reflection, I foresee a viable Rosetta Stone for converting human relevant truths to executable logic; in future!
