Believing in equality for the underrepresented
Challenge
EQL: is an overarching platform that supports a number of underrepresented and marginalised communities, with the aim of creating equality in tech. We were asked to create a masterbrand that would bring new life to the rebranded EQL:Her, and become the foundation for other communities they would go on to support around race, LGBTQ+, neurodivergence, and beyond.

LOGO AS CONCEPT
At the heart of the identity is the EQL: logo which, simply but strikingly, uses a variety of different Qs to reflect the diversity of the communities – while always keeping them as part of the whole.
Alongside this, each of the sub-brands has its own complementary colour palette, and a series of graphic devices that take their cues from the Qs.
INTRODUCING EQL: HER
The identity for the broader EQL: brand sets up the organisation with everything it needs to support its multiple communities as they launch. The first of those is EQL:Her, an evolution of AccelerateHer, which exists to rebalance gender in the technology sector to secure women an inclusive future.
