Sunken Studios

This project aims to repurpose and reactivate Cockatoo Island as a commercial recording studio and radio station. Sunken Studios is situated within the Turbine Hall on Cockatoo Island, providing users with a collaborative environment to record and create music. Sunken Radio is the station which will be broadcasting from cockatoo island's old 'Docks Precint'. Sunken Radio will also be broadcasting digitally which is why an intuitive smartphone app was needed.
