Jamae's Cakes and Pastries was born out of a passion project, making baked goods for family and friends. Eventually, it evolved into a business. From baking crinkles, now it makes artistic cakes and cupcakes. However, one thing still stands-- all products are made by hand with love. 

The owner, Jamae, wanted to emphasize her philosophy in creating pastries and cakes with utmost quality, care and passion in the branding. With her architecture background, we were also tasked to merge this with our ideas, to show how both fields made her to who she is today. With those things in mind, we developed a visual structure made with dainty lines and patterns, a nod to the Art Deco style that is prevalent in both the graphic design and architecture fields. It was a movement which affected multiple disciplines, had a personalized characteristic to it, and exuded sophistication and elegance. These were the values that the business embodied and wished to show the market. 

The development of this project included revamped logos and logo variations, custom illustrations, custom graphics and social media templates. The brand identity is a show of femininity, uniqueness, and craftsmanship that is warm and genuine.
