The 5 buildings create the street frontage and vary in theirdesign features to relate to the scale and uses of the adjacent development.Retail uses are on the ground floor at the corner of Ross Loop and WilmingtonDrive withstreet-side pedestrian plazas and arcades.Theapartment units provide a variety of types including urban loft units at thestreet level, one and two bedroom and townhome units.

Amajor design feature is the basement parking garage to allowed the site densityto exceed 40 units per acre.
