Genesis - Skin & Body Care Kit
With the negative effects of technology and the exhaustion of over-working, how can we find an appreciation for rest and the natural world?
This is the question we asked when working with the concept of 7 Days of Creation.
We were tasked to take a "concept of 7" and explore it through design.
Genesis is a Skin and Body Care kit that was created with the days of the week in mind, to encourage rest and rejuvenation daily, with each product being inspired by a Day of Creation. Genesis means the "origin or foundation of something" and through this kit, Genesis promotes the beginning of your journey as holistic being.
Day 1 - Separated light from dark making day and night
Day 2 - Atmosphere : Separated water from water and created the heavens
Day 3 - Separated land and water, and created vegetation
Day 4 - Sun, Moon and stars, evenings and mornings
Day 5 - Created animals in the sky and oceans
Day 6 - Created animals on land, and mankind
Day 7 - Rest
