We can't always cure, But we can always care.

We can't always cure,
But we can always care.
I have heard the word 'Care' numerous times. But never felt it so deeply until I decided to become a full-time caretaker of my Abba, as being his single child. when he was suffering from Dementia in his 80's. I am an HSP (hypersensitive person) so I could relate to everything that was happening to him. I knew he was vanishing in bits and pieces every day and we as a family decided to come together to give rise to a meaning of life rather than just living. The time when every moment becomes an act of care and love.
We as a family learned life is a collection of moments and one needs to learn how to live them, coz nobody is here forever. Care creates feelings and moments, to cherish for a lifetime...
Care is an effort to communicate love, empathy, and sometimes commitment. An act when the soul and senses function together and make it an act of giving, which fills a person’s life with joy and gratification...
“We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” — Winston S. Churchill.
