Potasta Case Study


Being a pioneer of pasta dishes in Alexandria, and with a reputation of serving pasta   dishes only. Promoting Potasta's different features and newest branch has definitely been a challenge.

SAN STEFANO BRANCH
The first challenge we faced was promoting the new branch in san Stefano, having the original branch on Fouad street, people were extra loyal to it, but with a tiny space and limited seating area, building loyalty and driving traffic to the second branch was a must.
So we started with a brand awareness campaign to show people the location of the restaurant, the spacious place, and the beautiful decorations.
We made videos to show how to go there easily and to change the misconception that the branch exists in San Stefano court, and instead we directed people to where to get there.

MAIN DISHES

The second challenge we faced was promoting the new main course dishes, this challenge, in particular, was a hard one, to encourage people to get out of their comfort zone and try the new tasty and affordable dishes.
We made a chain of posts that show how delicious the dishes are, and videos that show the quality, variety, and affordable prices.
The engagement was really good and we encouraged everyone to try, it was a huge success to the point that a few months later Potasta had to add more dishes to extend the variety and satisfy its customer's demands.

DELIVERY

The Third and biggest challenge of all was the delivery, we had to think about how can we convince everyone to have Potasta as their loyal delivery friend.
So we worked on two different axes, the first one is promoting the existing application that did not drive much traffic and the other is creating a website from scratch, with the easiest navigation and the most alluring way to create the most pleasant shopping experience there is which will lead to driving the sales up.
And so the website was created in two different languages, English and Arabic to make it accessible to everyone.


Since its launch, we did all we can to promote it and show everyone how easy it is to use through overview videos, how to order videos, and taking the user step by step through the awesome experience of ordering food effortlessly within a few minutes.
And since that, the website started attracting traffic, and with its amazing loyal points system, users kept coming back for more tasty pasta with their cashback.
