Hey guys I was driving at night the other day and was at a 4 intersection, and I see what look like two car headlights and then a light on top almost as if on the roof of the car with two side lights. Almost looking like it was all part of the same vehicle. It made me double take and I  then realized that it was a car’s headlights and in front of him a motorcycle with its main headlight and two side LEDs I thought it was the coolest looking thing. 

 

So I got to thinking to develop a concept car with a longer body like that of a Lincoln town car and then with the headlights from motorcycle attached to the top of it. And each time you would turn on the headlights the others on top would also turn on. Or they would be controlled independent of each other. 

 

Here is the initial sketch along with below more developed shots, the picture that I referenced virtually all of the colors with Lincoln town car w bg, and then the final rendering. 

 

 

Pic I had posted on Instagram and then thought “ def want to render this out in procreate”.

Pic of be rendering out the concept car in procreate. Also in the Instagram drawing when I was shading the bottom part of the car it looked almost scaly, since when I had shaded that part with pencil it was on a folder with with type of texture. I decided to play off of that with rendering it to appear like reptile skin. 

 

Here is the final rendering of the concept car with bg. Thanks for looking hope you enjoyed viewing my process from initial drawing to final rendering. This took me about 24 hrs to complete doing it in 8 hr segments over 3 days. 

Overall this was a very fun and good learning experience, I’m very happy with how this came out.
