This book represents the study of visual onomatopoeia through the medium of architectural sliceforms. Although onomatopoeia is predominantly classed as vocal, it can be represented visually.
The shape and form of architectural structures are ilustrated through the use of sliceforms. Sliceforms are used to realise a two-dimensional image into a three-dimensional structure.
The images contained within demonstrate how the word architecture is realised from a two-dimensional form into a three-dimensional structure. Certain aspects from individual letters , ie the counter are created as a three-dimensional shape.
