The Corcoran College of Art + Design wanted to reach new prospects on a global level, looking for a new and innovative way to communicate with the emerging art community. The first app The Corcoran set out to deploy was an interactive version of its 2013 Viewbook. Bates Creative worked with the Corcoran team to transform the printed 2013 Viewbook into an interactive app experience that brings to life the real-world stories of the Corcoran community. The Corcoran College Viewbook App enables the school to reach a broader audience and reduces costs through digital distribution. Beautiful interactivity in the app includes 360-degree views, videos, slideshows, hyperlinks to apply to the Corcoran and much more, enabling prospective students to seem themselves as a part of the Corcoran community, in the classrooms and with their work hanging on the Gallery walls.
