Target wanted to provide an innovative in-store registry experience for their retail store customers. As a result, we created an interactive registry experience using custom iPads and iPod Touch devices. A customer will now be able to scan items with ease, while having a fun, uplifting user journey. Keeping in mind Target’s friendly and clean brand design, I converted boring form fields into engaging conversation exchanges in order to capture the user’s information. Retaining continuity of Target's user experience, which was a must have for this client, also allows for the consumer to feel as though this is an extension of a system they are familiar with. The app is currently being tested in a few locations, and the client is extremely excited about it going live nationally.
