The Problem
LaShay came in with the ideas but lacked the launch strategy to formulate her ideas into a profitable course/program for her target audience.

During her 4 hour intensive, we identified who she is, who she works with, her strengths, her weaknesses and the transformation she provides. We also worked together to map out the details, pricing and deliverables for her high ticket program.
