Hagkan: Handog Kaalaman
2018 – Hagkan is the flagship outreach event of the University of the Philippines Association of Computer Science Majors (UP CURSOR) that aims to cultivate computer literacy and promote Computer Science among younger generations.
The goal was to create a fun and inviting branding identity that showcases the goal of the event by using kid-enticing illustrations and a generally friendly look for the branding. The new branding establishes a theme and direction that should be used for the following years. By having a simple word logo, the brand is free to add details and fun illustrations elsewhere while keeping the brand professional.
