Rausch ImmobilienService is my father‘s small
real estate company. My task was to create a
visual identity which fits to the service concept of
Rausch ImmobilienService. Organising craftwork
and caring for houses are the top priorities of
Rausch Immobilienservice‘s service plan. The act
of trade isn‘t the main focus that is made, but the
care for their real estate is essential for their
service. Affability, service, fairness, customer
satisfaction and the resultant promotion through
propaganda is the aspired goal of Rausch I
vmmobilienService.
