Overview:
Security Managers need to apply patches for vulnerability and software updates on the IT infrastructure for customers. For internal and external audits, they need to provide the artifacts that system is patched up to date to minimized security and vulnerability exposure by applying the correct patches at the appropriate time.
Persona:
Security Manager
Requirement:
As a Security Manager, "I should be able to view the patches released for the system based on OS and installed software products. The UI should allow me to change the status of the patches, upload the artifacts".
The Audit history should show me important attributes related to patch tracking such as what action was selected, who performed the action, when was the action performed, what got changed because of the action.

Patch tracking tab contains two important sets of data:
No. 1 Lists patches for customers.
Having option to filter the patches based on status: open, deferred, failed.
No. 2 Patch Listing with servers and current patch status.
Having option to select patches and dropdown to change it status to Deferred/Failed/Installed/Open along with option to upload the pdf, doc, etc. as evidence.
Patches status is listed in the Audit History based on timestamp
The latest action performed on the server would be displaying at first.
