    "Two out-of-town lovers experience the ultimate date in the Ironbound - a charismatic, fun and culturally rich neighborhood in Newark, NJ. Just 15 minutes from Manhattan, you are invited to discover your own love story. Promotional tourism film for the Ironbound District in Newark, NJ." The client's goal was to promote Ironbound in general - highlighting the food, the arts and its rich cultural legacy, as well as its proximity to Manhattan. We decided to fully embrace their existing slogan of "Meet Me in the Ironbound" and to build a story that centered around it - with a love angle. The goal was to have the two characters in our story fall in love with each other and the city of Newark (Ironbound), while experiencing the ultimate fantasy date. We aimed to treat Newark as no less engaging and epic as the biggest destination cities in the world, and actually used a Dubai travel campaign as a source of inspiration. We then created a clean, dedicated website (http://meetironbound.com) to frame the campaign and to push those further interested to the client's existing, broader website. The video has received incredibly positive reviews and social media engagement upon launch, and may soon be displayed at Newark Airport's Terminal B, Newark Penn Station, buses in New Jersey, Prudential Center, Red Bull Arena, Newark Museum and NJPAC, and hopefully in even more ways and places.
