This campaign was on March 21 to 27 for Nike Air Max Day 2022.
Nike has taken over a huge billboard in Tokyo with a 3DOOH that gets the attention of locals and social media users around the world.
It features the famous orange Nike sneaker box, which bursts open to reveal numerous Air Max styles in multiple color ways while hinting at the inspiration motion designs behind each shoe.
It shows the history of AIRMAX and the new possibilities that AIRMAX will continue to offer. It reached 200M impressions across owned/earned media for this campaign. Numbers were by far driven by Twitter, which as a single platform drove over 99M impressions.
