Robot Repair Room - 2020

My roles in this project:

Robot Repair Technician, Art Director, Creative Collaborator & Graphic Design and Fabrication.

El Circo Dia was give the opportunity to be part of a virtual online event for the Vau Di Vire Society during Covid lock down. Robot Repair Room, was an immersive ASMR, role playing experience.  We created a virtual repair lab in our living room, where visitors were treated as though they were robots in need of repair. Upon "entering" the virtual Robot Repair Room, the "robots" are asked a series of questions and, in the tradition of the voight kompf test from Bladerunner. Then, they were subjected to sensory examination, with various flashing lights, medical equipment, and sound effects. Scripts were written that included discussions on treatments and diagnosis of specific robo-medical conditions.
