Last year (2021) I found myself on a mission to find an illustrated map of my home country, Jamaica. Somewhere along the way I decided, why not make one myself. My first attempt was not the roaring success I envisioned, I attempted to watercolor the map, my first fully traditional piece. There was a lot I wasn't happy with when all was said and done and so I decided to try again, digitally this time. And here's the end result, a map of Jamaica after 36879470 attempts!
