Created in Illustrator and finished with Photoshop. Android body, clothes, glasses, and initial gradient were created in Illustrator. Shading, fabric detail, and highlights added in Photoshop.

 

The badge was created in a similar manner with the badge intially created in Illustrator and finished in Photoshop.
