What's a Coaster?
A coaster, drink coaster, beverage coaster, or beermat is an item used to rest drinks upon. Coasters protect the surface of a table or any other surface where the user might place a drink.
Design
Approaching design to fill in small circles and squares. The challenge lies in between the details of each element vs the size of it to maintain the readability while printed.
Illustration
Redoing the character to fit the printing background color while maintaining the readability and illustrating the concept of the coasters/ theme of the coasters.
Sampling
Using the finalized artwork to get a sample printed to test the true colors, use materials on hot and cold surfaces while experimenting with new materials for fresh looks.
Photo styling
A lifestyle photoshoot of the product to make it easy to list on various platforms for sales.
Production
And finally, when all works well, it's to get the final design up for production and packaging.
