This is an exam i did in Hafen City University, a design idea for the renovation of the (high polluted) old industrial district of Urretxu in the nothern part of Spain. It's been used in the Europan Competition 2012 in collaboration with P. D'Argy, M. Gamarota and A. Duelo. The concept idea is to create a self-making comunity that can be handled by the citizien, thanks to "modern" smartphone applications that connect deeply and istantly the final user to the organization structure of the neighbours. This is an attempt to create a new partecipated architecture and community that can replicate itself and maybe, strictly link the comunity to territory.
