The concept hinged on a quote by John Muir: "When we try to pick anything out by itself, we find it hitched to everything else in the universe." As a company committed to the idea that people do business with people, not businesses - this idea of connectedness resonated. Through the piece, the ties between the company and experience, the past, future, community, success, etc. were recognized.
