This is part of a deliverable for a consulting project I did for the educational nonprofit Inner-City Arts - they serve thousands of families in Los Angeles.
The above is a summarization and analysis of a live, rapid service roadmap exercise I conducted with a leader in the organization (pictured below).
I investigated their registration process and site architecture, and provided live recommendations as well as a more extensive series of recommendations in a separate document.

The organization began implementing the recommendations right away.
For example, I recommended the creation of a Registration page and its inclusion in the site's architecture. This was implemented within weeks of my sharing the document:
As the implementation is ongoing - and as registration is a seasonal operation - it will be a few months until we have meaningful data, but the organization was happy with the recommendations.
