With a concept of a iHelp Desk touch screen, the idea that Help Desk Employees could quickly help passengers with various challenges or requirements. With options like lost baggage, help with Passport Control to help desk training, this platform has everything for new and exisiting employees at the airports accross South Africa.

The second phase of this was to create self-help touch screens for passengers placed all around the airports for convenience and information.
