Logo design and visual communication for the construction developer "SBS Development".
The logo consists of two elements that influence each other's structure.
The logotype is a typographic interpretation of the company name. The capital letters used in "SBS" draw attention and bring to mind the initials of the owners of the company. The delicate, light typeface used in the word "development" allows you to specify the type of services offered by the company. Extending the word outside the logo gives it dynamics and modernity.
The logotype design refers to the golden ratio. The center of gravity of the signet is a contrast to the center of gravity of the logotype, thanks to which both elements balance each other.
The colors of the KV logo and design are inspired by concrete, which is why it is a gray scale.
As a result, it evokes a strong association with a construction company.
