Attorney Todd Worthley is the owner of the Law Office of Todd R. Worthley, based out of Portland, Oregon. The National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) was formed in 1979 as an association for attorneys representing Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Insurance claimants. The NOSSCR advocates for the elderly and people with disabilities and has been a pioneer in both public policy advocacy and legal continuing education. 

Recently, NOSSCR's deputy director of government affairs, Rebecca Vallas, was recognized in Forbes 30 under 30 for law and social policy. Forbes 30 under 30 is a group of individuals under the age of 30 who are stars in one of 15 different fields. Rebecca Vallas meets the standards of the NOSSCR with her work promoting stronger economic security for seniors and people with disabilities, both through campaigns on the Hill and in the media.
