Hospitals all over Belgium are looking for extra employees. And that is no different at AZ Zeno. They even opened a brand new hospital in Knokke-Heist that still had to be filled completely. In addition, AZ Zeno is constantly looking for new colleagues for the branches in Blankenberge and Maldegem.

Nowadays, nurses don't just come running to you, so we go and pick them up. Anyone who wanted to apply could call our ambulance ambiance at the push of a button. The ambulance would then pick up the applicant with bells and whistles for a job interview. And while listening to their favorite party music!

Our campaign was immediately picked up by the press when it was launched. The journalists from VTM Nieuws, Het Nieuwsblad and HLN, among others, joined us for a ride and the ball started rolling. Our campaign video was viewed 218,839 times and 3,827 people surfed to the website.
Our ambulance has already been called out 104 times: not to save lives, but to boost careers.
