Eyes Wide Open 

My project goes on to show singer Frank Ocean as the main focus and how I made him into a surrealistic art piece.  This piece represents how slowly creativity builds and how dull one's life could be. The dullness being represented by the black and white, the flowers peeking from his head representing the creativity slowly being let out, bringing out the colors and bold shapes. His face is warped because it demonstrates a form of surrealism, distortion. As well as representing the dullness fading away and the flowers blooming out, to mean the release of imagination, the ideas peeking through. The background basically is showing the awakening because the face is blurred but the eyes are in the background showing the vision ahead.
