KARIGAR Established in 2019, it is a start-up by a group of designers who want to bring back the traditional Indian crafts to the market. This application is a medium for the Indian Artisans to directly sell and market their goods
to their audience directly without any middleman, thus directly benefiting the artisan. This platform was created keeping in mind the current high scale production of these products by corporate giants and also the need of India to be more “Aatma Nirbhar”, as currently huge scale of products are being imported in India.

The Infographic has been done to bring more awareness and recognition to the local artisans and their worsening conditions. The artisans have very good hand skills but are not credited enough for their highly skilled works which is a major issue, they should be given their due recognition. They also need to develop in society as a whole, both technologically and financially and for these things to happen they need to sell their products which this platform is going to help in.
