We are glad to introduce you Mel – A friendly, agile, and fun girl.
Melhor Envio, a platform of logistic solutions for online business, invited us to design the brand's new virtual character, Mel. Our development process started from a survey that the company conducted
with its customers, which revealed some essential characteristics that Mel should take over.
Our mission was to visually translate those brand values into Mel, such as agility, speed, simplicity
and friendliness.

With her free and curly hair, her smile, her practical and functional clothing, and the watch that signifies punctuality, Mel was born to solve doubts and problems from the Melhor Envio audience.
