Introduction
 
For many years, Coach has been a model brand for fashion, but their focus has been mainly on their bags and accessories. It's time for them to focus on more than that:
 
The new design was made with a lifestyle feel in mind. It is very interactive, rather than just a retail site to engage Coach fanatics. With these in mind, I figured that making the website work like a blog would be an exciting prospect. It gives consumers a chance to hear stories from Coach lovers around the world; a supermodel, or a supermom. It is important to make the consumer feel like they are part of something bigger, not just feeding into a craze. 
 
The website combines a retail world, with a social networking world and allows for more than just shopping; this encourages customers to return for many more experiences. 
 
Logo

Before I began creating the website, I thought that the logo could use a bit of a facelift. Currently, Coach has refined the typeface for the brand by straightening the lines out; but the carraige itself hasnt changed. There are so many possibilites available once the logo has been simplified. It becomes cleaner and easier to use.

I wanted the front page to be as visually appealing as possible but at the same time, very easy to navigate through. As the page is resized, the blocks resize, shift and change too.
 
Hovering over an item will invert the item title tile.
