Lux Investment is a real estate company, whose distinguishing features are efficiency, professionalism, financial stability and prestige. Together with OCTO, an architectural studio, and ION Studio, a marketing agency, Lux Investment is part of one capital group.

My first step was a briefing and a visual analysis of the existing logo. On that basis, I determined the direction of the logo's modifications. I created and implemented a visual brand identity, which had to be coherent across all the capital group companies (the gold /yellow colour had previously been defined and was reserved in OCTO's logo). As a result, each company now uses the same font family and style of graphic elements. Moreover, the same three colours are used, but in different proportions: the main colours in Lux Investment's visual identity are Deep Ocean Blue and Gold. Pure White is an additional colour.

For Lux Investment's needs, I designed printed materials, that is: business cards, letterheads, teasers and advertising materials; social media graphics and a set of icons describing the company's investment features.
