“Dal quinto piano.” is an editorial desing and photography project I made during quarantine in 2020.
In Italy the lockdown was divided in two fases: during fase 1 people couldn’t go out of their home, whereas during fase 2 they were allowed to go out for a little walk.
I took pictures of the people I saw from my apartament at the fifth floor (that’s where the title comes from).
The fanzine is divided into two chapters: in the first one I photographed people on their balconies having a chat with their neighbours or taking a glimpse of the outside world; in the second one I photographed people in the streets, trying to live a new normal life.
