Independent Living Specialists (ILS) are Australian leaders in healthcare equipment solutions. ILS approached us with a website refresh project to reposition them and showcase their strong company values, services and position in the industry. 

This website was primarily e-commerce based and required a lot of workshops to fully understand their content and site structure. Working alongside my art director, I assisted in the production and testing of this new website and the overall UX/UI of the site.

As part of the new look and feel, I created a new set of custom icons using their brand colours and soft curves for an approachable feel. In terms of the overall website, we opted for a clean, calming, spacious look-and-feel to better reflect the industry. We also included hints of the logo mark throughout the design as elements in hero modules and also in the background of content pages to draw the eye down the page. 

Another main factor of this website redesign was making sure the modules were reusable and easy to content populate for ILS employees through Wordpress. I also assisted in training these employees on how to use Wordpress and populate website pages with our new designs.
